We focus not just on sports specific training but also overall Strength and Conditioning as well..from the weight room to the field your player should see improvement on many levels

After successfully losing weight myself and progressively getting stronger over time, I have been able to help newcomers to the gym and sports through instructions and demonstration.

My professional life I enjoyed training new employees especially the one's that were seen as a lost cause. I enjoy seeing people exceed their own expectations especially when they don't believe they are capable

About the lesson

During the initial meeting I would like to get a sense of your experience and fitness goals. Through my customized programming we may reach your goals and work on others.

I have worked with inexperienced and experienced gym goers and mostly amateur athletes.

Find someone that understands your vision and how to achieve it. Plenty people are in shape not all understand the obstacles that arise getting in shape.

He designs programs that are specific to each client. He takes the time to explain the benefits of the program and how it can change how you workout. He’s motivating and encouragingly.
