About Liz

Our training is customized to the individual, and our training envirnoment is very beautiful and extremely clean. We are also a LOW volume gym so it is also very private. Often times it is just YOU and I in the gym training.

Being physically capable is the GREATEST gift you can give to yourself and I come across many many people that are broken or worried about their movement limitations. I was put on earth to help people regain PAIN FREE confidence and put them back out into the world to enjoy ALL aspects of it without being on the sidelines and simply watching. I apply strength and conditioning principles that are used for professional athletes to general population trainees... it doesn't matter whether you want to restore your composition (or reveal your best composition ever), have the strength to play hard on the weekends, or chase after kids or grandkids!

Weight loss, Firming and toning, Increase muscle strength, Nutrition, Flexibility, Endurance training, Body building, Aerobic fitness, Glute training, Injury prevention, Injury rehabilitation, Sustainable fitness

I experienced a profound change compositionally as well as in my level of fitness and ability when I had an opportunity to be coached and immediately felt I had to share this "hidden" secret with my community. If I can do this, anyone can!

I have a college degree, and a laundry list of various strength and nutrition certifications.  More importantly, i have over 12 years of experience working with a broad range of clients including the broken ones that need VERY specific support.  I train all age ranges, but my typical demongraphic is typically 35 plus, male population that wants to train weights or women that are tired of not getting the results they are hoping for from their boot camp classes.

Initial consult (typically in person, but can also be virtual).... 1st week is assessment, then I create a custom plan to execute.  All of my plans start with as much one on one support as the individual can sustainably perform and then moves toward independance.  (I believe in working myself out of a job). People do NOT need a lifetime of hand holding, they need adequate support and a plan.

All ages (mostly 35 plus) but i do enjoy working with all ages.  I use weights... so many of my clients are men.  The women that I train are typically mentally tough, competitive, are not afraid of challenges or taking risks, and yet are fully feminine and beautiful in every way a female can be.

Fitness is about building habits that are repeatable.  Make sure that you are working with a professional that has a plan to keep you training for life that has a price tag that is sustainable to your budget.  Make sure that the place you intend to train is easy and convenient for you given your lifestyle or routine habits. Do you have a connection to your trainer?  Do you feel loved and supported by him or her (or does it feel a little like master/ slave... if so run away fast)!  Are there tools to measure your progress such as written records of your weights and body comps?  Do your training plans evolve, change and progress? (hopefully you are not starting every session with 15 min on a cardio machine as part of your session time... that is a waste of your time and money!) Finally, this one is important... what's going on away from the gym is MORE than likely effecting your progress AT the gym.  Not all trainers feel comfortable visiting that, and hence don't, BUT the ones that DO are worth their weight in gold.  The ones that have an uncanny ability to reach into your heart and show YOU the beautiful YOU that you have been trying to hide or beat down will be the missing link between LIFETIME physical happiness and a 90 day transformation that rebounds you worse than when you started.

I like to hear success stories from my clients... i have a list.  Recently I restored an injured equestrian back to competition ready who thought she may not be able to ride again but is now better than she has ever been.  I have a 71 yo male trainee that when I started working with had such bad knees that he was told never to squat.  He also had shoulder problems so bad that he couldn't lift his arms over his head but today he back-squats 180 pounds for multiple reps and he can push 100+ pound barbell over his head easily and pain free.  (did I mention he can jump vertically over 30 inches?!!!) I have another long time client that came to me indirectly (his wife had hired me).  He had a lifetime of back issues (scoliosis was part of his history).  He had never worked with a trainer nor did he want to because he was scared to death of injuring himself further.  But now, never misses a training day... and has not had back problems since the time I began working with him.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
How do you determine if I am a good fit for you?  (what helps you determine if I am the right client for you)

How do you measure my results... my progression?

Can you provide references?  how about ones from clients that match my goals?

Are there OTHER people on your team that may be working with me?
