I offer partnership training, circuit and bootcamp clases; Zumba, Zumba toning, Strong by Zumba, & Mixxedfit dance fitness classes, & meal prep assistance that will help you build a stronger heart, endurance, a full body workout, & a lifestyle change that will help you shed and keep the inches & pounds off.
Love watching the mental, physical, and spiritual transformation take place before and after our training session. Love to see my clients come in depleted and not as confident and walk out energized, confident, feeling etter, and stronger!
