About Morgan

I dedicate myself to finding that inner strength in individuals who just need that extra push. I keep my active listening skills up and work hard to help change people's lives the way they want.

I really enjoy helping others achieve their goals because everybody starts somewhere in this lifestyle. I feel like I was put on this earth to help people get or stay fit in their everyday lives. This lifestyle is important beyond just working out as well with Behavioral coaching, nutrition, and what you do outside of a gym or recovery. I have always had a passion to want to help people with their goals.

I currently have a certified Personal Training Certification from ISSA (International Sports Science Association and I am working towards another certification in NASM (National Academy Sports Medicine and many more to come.

I have been involved in Fitness and Sports since the age of 6, I have competed on teams with Cross Country from the age of 9 till 20, Played Soccer from an early age till 14. Basketball from age 10 till 15, and Track and field throughout High School. I also was involved in Little League Baseball. Sports has always been a huge part of my life. My dad has been a Soccer, Cross Country and Basketball coach throughout my life.

About the lesson

First I want to ask the new client what their goals are and how they plan on achieving them I want to learn more about themselves such as occupation, lifestyle habits such as eating, Health history, Family History, Hobbies, and activities. I feel like this is extremely important to build as much rapport and active listening with a new student. I want to make this individual feel that they came to the right person to help them achieve their goals. I want to spread my education and help this new student.
