About Erik
"Exotic Bodies" is Erik's vision; it's chiseling through all of the self doubt, inexperience, and lack of motivation to create the most extraordinary body you can dream of. The body is much like an exotic car, which takes months to perfect, fine-tune, and lots of patience. Training molds the exterior, but more importantly supplements the engine; our organs. Every client that trains with Erik knows his self-discipline, motivation and personality is what shapes their mentality to keep pushing.
I am an ISSA certified personal trainer. I work with clients that are looking to make a huge transformation. I am online coach. I put together a customized diet and workout plan based off your body dimensions.
