I have been a Crossfit athlete for 9 years.
I have been a trainer/Coach for 8 years.
I have worked with beginner to mid level athletes.
Age : 57 years old
Helping people reach their goals.
Seeing their progress makes it worthwhile.
i am only available for early morning trainings. i.e, 6:45 am for 30 minutes.
