About Shane
For the last 10 years we have been working with men and women young and old.
Our goal is to change their lives. How do we do that?
By getting them to love and respect the work that they do and HAVE FUN!!!
I have multiple certifications including:
CrossFit mobility
CF Level 3
CF Kettlebell
USA-Weightlifting
It's incredible to watch people work hard for their goals. Far too often do people count themselves out before they even get going.

First, we have a "meeting" to see what their goals are, what they are willing to do to achieve them, and if i am able to work with them.
From there we create a custom plan based off of what they are looking for.
