About Andy

Our team of in-home personal trainers all are nationally certified AND have a 4-year college degree in the field of Exercise Science. Our trainers will come right to your home or workplace and provide all of the equipment necessary. Our professional and clinical approach sets us apart from the rest! Let our expertise combine with our fun spirit to help you achieve your goals. We were awarded as the BEST personal training company in the Akron / Canton region for 2 years in a row by the Akron/Canton Hot List with +100 votes! You can have confidence knowing you're choosing the best. No gimmicks, no "meat-heads", no gym memberships and of course no judging! We don't see what we do as "work" because we have so much fun doing it! We understand that each client is unique and has a story of their own and we love being a part of it! Aside from building relationships with our clients, we build higher standards that they hold themselves accountable too. This process of personal development is greater than the personal training we do and we love seeing this improvement. Working on our own fitness has inspired us to make a difference in other peoples lives! So, we all began by transforming ourselves!

All of our personal trainers either have or are working towards earning their college degree in a health and wellness field. It is what we call the Full Scale Standard and why we have ranked as the top personal training company in Akron for mulitple years.

About the lesson

We always start by scheduling a health assessment. Thsi is free of charge and there is no obligation to the assessment. From there we determine what the next best step is and schedule our sessions!

All ages from 15-96 years of age!

Make sure your trainer isn't just certified but also has their college degree or working on it! The state of Ohio doesn't require people to have a certification or a degree to call themselves a personal trainer. So, buyer beware!

We recently had a client hit her goal of losing 30 lbs in 2 months! It was all done by exercising with her personal trainer and by improving her diet!
