About Mr
I focus my clients on functional strength and conditioning so they can lead their lives the way they want. We team together to reach achievable goals and share milestones by break down mountains into bite chunks.
I'm a NASM certified trainer with experience for ages 14-65 years of age. I have a sports background in baseball and swimming and still compete in Spartan races.
Each client is unique and requires their own program to attain their goals. This allows me to adjust the program to meet your needs whether it be free weights, TRX, swimming, bands, etc.
