Our nine and eleven year old children have been taking weekly art classes with Catriona via zoom for the past seven months. Catriona is a wonderful, kind, patient and creative instructor. Her passion for teaching kids is displayed in every lesson - she is always so positive, encouraging the kids to use their own imagination and ideas. Her lessons are educational and often centered around different artists or events (i.e. Matisse, Black History Month, Earth Day). She never fails to come up with a wonderful class and our kids are constantly engaged. In the words of our daughter, "Catriona inspires me!" The wonderful relationship she has developed with our children (that she's never met in person and live all the way across the country) is commendable. We would not hesitate to recommend!

Catriona is very kind and creative. She comes up with the best ideas for art class. Even when we don't have an idea, she helps us come up with one. It has been really fun with her.

I like how Catriona is always encouraging everyone to do a good job. She believes in everyone she is teaching. Her class is very fun, with all sorts of activities that we love. For example, cutting out shapes and pasting them on paper sounds very simple, but Catriona encourages us to be creative and use our imagination, even if we don't have a plan in mind.

Catriona is the best art teacher I’ve ever had!! She comes up with the most creative crafts and art projects for our group lessons, In my private lessons I’ve learned so much about technique, blending colors, realistic painting and lots more. I look forward to our lesson every single week. Catriona always makes me feel relaxed and she is so much fun to be around, You will never feel stressed in her classes and I promise that you will always have fun.

Catriona is not only a talented and enthusiastic artist, perhaps more importantly, she instantly connects with and knows how to engage a wide variety of students of varying ages, personalities, interests and levels of experience. My 11 year-old daughter has been taking virtual group and private lessons from Catriona weekly for the last 6 months. The group lessons always ignite creativity, laughter, exploration of emotions, sharing of ideas and wonderful conversations after the lessons. The individual lessons are tailored to my daughter’s personal and developing interests. Catriona is an incredibly supportive and encouraging teacher, while also providing appropriate artistic challenge and guidance at each lesson. She is most definitely not your typical art teacher; her lessons are fresh and unique and her teaching abilities are rare for someone age. Catriona’s lessons are a highlight of my daughter’s week; I only wish I could take off work and join her!

I love getting kind of messy with Catriona in art (even though I usually hate getting messy). She's so patient with me when I can't figure out what to do next. She knows just how to help me be brave. With Catriona, I try new things and believe I can do it! My favorite projects were about designing new fashions. I would never have tried those without her!

Catriona is brilliant, encouraging, and just so much fun! I loved painting with bubbles, building paper sculptures, and sculpting plantable paper. Art for All is just too much fun to describe in words! I wish every kid could take her class!!

Catriona is absolutely brilliant at inspiring and engaging people to enjoy art! My son never liked art...until this class. Now he can't wait to explore new art materials and techniques. She is always encouraging, enthusiastic, and flexible. This is the best class we have ever taken!

We adore Catriona with her engaging, enthusiastic and heartfelt approach to teaching art. She allows the children ample creative freedom and in so doing truly brings out the very best in each one.
