About Deborah

Through working with and lessons around sheep and/or beekeeping, students experience and learn about aspects of small farming. We tailor interests to individual students.

Please contact me through this app and we can talk.

I've been teaching since I was a teenager, organized yearly Summer Camp at my parents home for my babysitting clients. I was a poetry instructor in my late teens at the Miami Art Center while being a work exchange student there. As I learn and work with all sorts of materials, I feel a social responsibility to share my experiences and knowledge to inspire and nurture my students creative experience of the World around us.

I have been keeping honey bees naturally for more than 20 years. We've been keeping sheep since 2018 and I've also been washing, processing, spinning and weaving wool since 2018.

I have learned many skills through working with others, self taught and through trial and error.
