About Michelle

I am a creative and empathetic Licensed and Registered Dietitian aspiring to help heal and nourish other's lives through vibrant health and wellness practices. Additionally, I am zealous about teaching and helping others understand health and wellness topics. Excels at creating content (Blog posts, emails, info graphics, e-books, presentations, and more), guiding individualized nutrition interventions, meal planning, research and writing, sports nutrition, intuitive eating, weight management, and functional nutrition. The highlight of my career includes transitioning into content creation via webinars, social media, Blog management, and more. Though my early experience revolved around clinical and counseling arenas, I enjoy writing and creating material and content related to holistic health even more. ~I believe in guiding and inspiring clients to adopt realistic, sustainable, and enjoyable health practices

~I thoroughly enjoy creating resources and/or products for other Dietitians to leverage their business

~I love providing wisdom and knowledge in engaging and creative ways

I enjoy seeing student's faces light up with joy when they finally realize and understand their capabilities!

Working as a conventional dietitian, I realized I prefer reading, writing, and teaching rather than counseling. Since then, I have pursued may oppurtunities to fulfill my dream of helping others and teaching others to eventually help other live joyous, healthy lives.
