About Max

I began tutoring math and science in high school as part of a service project. I realized that I loved seeing my students succeed in their coursework and accomplish academic feats they never thought possible in the past.

Motivated by my desire to see my students succeed, I continued tutoring in college. Watching my college students ace their challenging coursework gave made me so proud and I wanted to continue tutoring after college.

After college, I applied and was accepted in the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, but after two years I realized that my true passion was tutoring and mentorship. So, I decided to leave medical school to pursue a career in these fields.

I graduated with honors from the University of Miami in 2018 with a degree in Neuroscience. I was accepted into medical school at the University of Miami and spent two years in medical school before leaving to pursue a career in tutoring and mentorship.

About the lesson

I will first have an introductory meeting (no more than 15 minutes) where I will explain the methods I use and the policies I have. We will also go over the student's needs and goals to ensure they get the most out of tutoring.

Each tutoring session is tailored specifically to each student. Brief introductions allow me to better understand the student and better design each session around each student.

I have worked with high school and college students in Algebra 2, Biology, General Chemistry, Calculus, Organic Chemistry, and Genetics.

I would advise a student that these courses are not easy and it's a really good sign that they are reaching out for help. Fortunately for the student, I have work with many other students and helped them succeed in a variety of different courses.

Working with MRHTutoring, you'll get: a high-quality tutor who has had success in university-level STEM coursework; personally-tailored sessions to your needs and goals; effective, concept based learning as opposed to straight memorization.

We can't wait to start working with you!

I recently learned that one of my students receive an A in her Organic Chemistry course. I was so happy to see her hard work pay off and it brought me great joy to see her accomplish something she was proud of!

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
They should think about what they specifically want help with. With the most specific needs, I can best tailor each lesson to the student's goals.

Parv is hands down the best engineering tutor. Concepts are always 100% clear and he really explains in details, even goes beyond the material to help us better understand the concepts theoretically and in real life applications. He's always available to answer questions and never misses an opportunity to give us advices. I've been taking classes with him since 2 years now and i am planning on taking every single class that he offers. Thank you Parv for making our academic engineering journey a little less chaotic

I only attended a crash course and learnt more from the 6 hours than my whole course. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend.

He is probably one of the best tutors I have ever had. While some professors aren't very clear with their explanations, considering some classes are quite hard, Parv manages to teach it flawlessly and in a fun and engaging way. Would recommend him to any Engineering student out there. I plan on taking every class he tutors with him during my Bachelor's Degree.

Parv is a great tutor and I definitely recommend him. I understood more about the material in a few days of his crash course than I did during the whole semester. He doesn’t assume that you already know the material. He teaches to you from A to Z making sure that you understand every detail. I will definitely be using his services again.
