About Shachi
I have been a high school science teacher for the last 4 years. I am certified to teach biology, chemistry, physics, and general science. I teach and tutor in a way that relates what the students are learning to their everyday lives. I find that when students relate to what they are learning, they remember the content better. I help my students get organized, and stay organized. I explain content in simple ways and unique ways.
I truly enjoy being able to help students succeed. When students finally understand a concept, that "AHHAA" moment, is everything! I like to model how to solve problems and answer questions first, then I have the students try using my model as a guide.
