About Reilly
I am a certricated teacher. I have access to many materials that your child 's teacher uses and I have a greater understanding of the Math standards and objectves.
I have always known I wanted to be a teacher. Right out of highschool I went to college to become a teacher. Through out college I worked at schools and was a avid tutor. Once I graduated college I went on to get my teaching credential at Sacramento State and have been in a classroom ever since.
I have a BA in Mathematics from Sonoma State
I have a single subject teaching credential from Sacramento State.
I have a linked learning cerrtificate from Sacramento State.
I am currently addmited to Sacramento State for my Masters in Education Policy for the 2022-2023 School Year.

My typical process for working with a new student is to figure out what math level they are at in school. From here I look at the foundational levels where the student is struggling and focus on that. Math builds and if the student knows the foundational skills the rest will follow. Once we address that we then focus on the questions that they are struggling with.
I have worked with students of all levels. From kindergarden all the way up to high school. I am currently at the high school level.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Be honest with what you know and do not know. There is never anything worng with being confused or lost. Thats why we are teachers and tutors. We want to help.
