About Addison
Hi, my name is Addison! I'm a sophomore studying elementary education at UNR, where I’ve gained a strong foundation in teaching methods and child learning strategies. I’ve also mentored students and provided homework help, giving me hands-on experience supporting learners and helping them succeed. I’m passionate about helping students understand subjects in a way that makes sense to them. When working with me, students can expect a patient and encouraging environment—I like to break concepts down step by step, answer all questions, and make learning feel approachable rather than overwhelming. I believe I’ll do an excellent job at tutoring your student because I genuinely enjoy teaching others, I adapt my teaching to each student’s learning style, and I take pride in helping students gain both understanding and confidence in their skills.
