About Tom
I am an Ivy League graduate with 20 years experience in business offices. I have tutored middle, high school and college math informally for 20 years. I can help anyone who's willing to become more confident & more successful at math (YES.....confidence and success go hand in hand!!!)
May sound corny, but watching the 'lightbulb' go on in a student when the finally realize 'hey, math ain't so hard' gives me satisfaction (that really does sound corny, but it's true!!!)
Degree in Economics from University of Pennsylvania. Working as an accountant for past 20 years. Helped countless friends & family with math issues

1) send me the material 2) after my review, ask student to identif problems they cannot complete as well as examples of problems they can complete easily. 3) go over the 'easy' problems for confidence & explain the difficult ones. Once we have a baseline, we'll work on building up confidence and skill set.
