About Hannah
Hi! My name is Hannah and I am currently a college student studying Marketing and Economics at UMD. I will be returning to school in the spring of 2021 to complete my degrees and finally graduate (yay!). For as long as I can remember, I have had a mathematical mind and math has come relatively easily for me. I'll give credit to my dad who was having me practice and master math flashcards at the age of 5. Throughout my college math classes (College Algebra, Finite Math, Intro to Calc, and Statistics), I have excelled and earned nearly perfect grades. I also have experience nannying elementary aged kiddos, and have doubled as a tutor this past school year when classes were moved online.
I am just starting my tutoring endeavors in order to combine my talents (math, numbers, problem solving) with my compassion and drive to help others. I love seeing the lightbulb light up for someone after I successfully break down a problem and restructure it in a way that makes sense for them. I am so excited to help your kiddos learn and have fun while doing so!
