About Katharine
My service stands out by offering encouraging words and infinite patience to allow the student to excel in all things they try. I am a trained veterinarian, who has exceled at standardized testing, and has completed a Bachelor's degree from Cornell University. My skills and training will allow every student under my care to reach their full potential and experience the great feeling that comes with being successful.
I love seeing when students grasp a new concept! Their excitement is contagious!
I am a veterinarian with a Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from Oregon State University. My Bachelor degree is from Cornell University in Science of Earth Systems, where I concentrated in Oceanography, and minored in both Marine Biology and Natural Resources.
I have been a teaching assistant for introductory oceanography at Cornell University, instructor at Monterey Bay Aquarium, and a teacher at the Arizona Science Center.
