About Yen

I love playing a role in the education of others. There are gaps in the school system that I would love to fill so that the students could have a well rounded and fullfilling education.

I tutored before at my school and at Kumon Math and Reading Center. I taught kids from the age of 3 up to 18. I am willing to teach adults too.

I just graduated highschool second of my class. I have a 4.0 GPA and will be attending Bentley University.

Like I said before, I love playing a role in a student's life. I want to help them fullfill their potential. The best part of the job is being able to see the student do things that they would not have thought possible.

I used to be a tutor at Kumon Learning Centers.

About the lesson

I would first get to know them and establish a baseline on where they are. I will also figure out what type of learner they are and what works best for them.

I worked with all types of students from ages 3-18.
