About Vivian
I got my B.S degree in the Top 1 university in Guangdong,China, and my M.S degree in UT Austin. I also have excahng student experience in South Korea and Israel. I studied a lot of math classes and got an average GPA at 3.9. So I believe I will be knoelwdged enough to teach normal student between 6-18.
BTW, my mom is a high school math teacher, she brought me to teach her students while I was a baby, so I am familiar with this porcess, lol.
Usually, people said Chinese students is good at math. I think we are just more trained and we have some small hints to help us to memorize or understand the theories. I am glad to share my experience with cute American Children.

I prefer to have a face to face talk with the students and his/her parents at first, listen to their request and be familar with their expectation.
Then I will take at least one week for preparation before the 1st class.
I prefer to work with student who can show the respect to the instructer.
Found someone with enough patience and smartness
Riding Horses, my instructer described me as advanced beginner and I am struggling with Cantering, much harder than MATH!
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
1. Are you just need help with parts of the course or general course?
2. Do you need help with the homework?
3. Do you have enough time to do the exercise besides on your own homework?
Be realistic, none of the teacher could help you to get 100 from 60 overnight.
