About Savannah
I'm Savannah Hirschi and I'm a sophomore in high school. I dabble in pretty much every subject because I enjoy learning and hope to light that spark of passion in other students as well.
Currently I'm taking AP Biology, AP Psychology, Honors Math, Honors Language Arts, Animal Science, Equine Science, and other electives as well. I also have experience in web development and design.
I have lots of experience with kids as I have babysat as well as mentored a middle school student over 8 weeks for a nonprofit organization. I'm willing to make resources and curriculum on subjects and anything you need to help your student.
My favorite thing is seeing students have that "aha" moment while working. Seeing something click in their brain is exciting. I also just enjoy getting to see the kids personality and intrests as I tutor and get to know them.

First and foremost I just want to meet the student. I usually try to have a first meeting with the free of charge just to get to know them and what they're struggling with. I want to know how I should teach them as well as how I should reward them. I may ask them to take a short learning style assesment test just to make how I teach best sticks with them.

My daughter really enjoyed being mentored in science by Savannah. She was always excited to hop on zoom for her lesson. Savannah got her really excited about topics and always had a fun fact or news to tell her based on her interests which my daughter enjoyed.
