Welcome to STEM Academy, where I am dedicated to helping students of all ages excel in the fields of science, technology, engineering, and math. As a passionate and experienced educator with multiple years of experience working in the data science and analytics field, I am committed to providing personalized tutoring services that are tailored to the unique needs and goals of each student.

I hold a B.S. in Statistics & Analytics from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an M.S. in Analytics from Georgia Institute of Technology, giving me a strong foundation in these subjects and the ability to share my knowledge and expertise with my students.

I believe that every student has the potential to succeed and I am dedicated to helping them reach their full potential. I have always had a passion for education and a desire to help others learn and grow. In college, I began tutoring fellow students in math and statistics courses and found that I really enjoyed the experience of helping others understand complex concepts. After I graduated, I decided to pursue a career in Data Science and earned my Master's degree in Analytics.

Throughout my education and career, I have had the opportunity to work with students of all ages and abilities, and I have always found great satisfaction in helping them achieve their academic and personal goals. Whether I am working with a struggling student who needs extra support or an advanced student who is looking to take their learning to the next level, I am always motivated to do my best and help my students succeed.

I have also continued to learn and grow as a data scientist in my career, and have found that teaching my peers and colleagues new methods and techniques is a rewarding and fulfilling part of my work. This has helped me to stay current and up-to-date in my field and has given me even more experience as a teacher and mentor.

I started my online tutoring business, STEM Academy, as a way to share my passion for education and make a positive impact on the lives of my students. I am committed to providing high-quality tutoring services that are personalized, engaging, and effective, and I am excited to work with students and help them achieve their full potential.

I have a strong educational background in the field of data science and analytics, including a B.S. in Statistics & Analytics from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an M.S. in Analytics from Georgia Institute of Technology. About the lesson

1. Initial consultation: When working with a new student, I typically begin by having an initial consultation over the phone or via video call to get to know them and understand their needs and goals. During this consultation, I will ask questions about the student's academic background, their strengths and challenges, and their specific goals for tutoring.

2. Assessment: After the initial consultation, I will typically conduct an assessment to get a better understanding of the student's current knowledge and skills. This might involve giving them a diagnostic test or having them complete a sample lesson to see how they perform. This will help me identify areas where the student may need additional support or enrichment.

3. Develop a customized plan: Based on the results of the assessment, I will develop a customized tutoring plan that is tailored to the student's specific needs and goals. This plan will outline the topics we will cover, the teaching methods and materials we will use, and any other resources or support that the student may need.

4. Begin tutoring sessions: Once the customized plan is in place, we will begin our regular tutoring sessions online. During these sessions, I will use a variety of teaching methods and materials to help the student understand and retain the material, and will provide ongoing support and feedback to help them make progress.

5. Ongoing support: In addition to regular tutoring sessions, I also offer ongoing support to my students.
