Muay Thai Fundamentals: Known as the “art of eight limbs” for the eight parts of the body that are used for striking, this Muay Thai program is designed to teach the fundamentals of punches, kicks, knees, and elbows while focusing on defense footwork, and head movement. Beginners are invited to learn proper form and technique from experienced instructors. Advanced students apply their fundamentals in sparring with protective gear under the close supervision of our Muay Thai instructors. Pro fighters get phenomenal coaching from a Pro Champion Thai Fighter who will make sure you win your fights with an amazing clinch game.

Jeng is such an experienced instructor and yet very modest and helpful. I had a little bit of past experience but I took a lot of time off for the pandemic. The facility was very clean and safe and the group size was very small. I learned so much more in one session than I’m used to, and I feel my Muay Thai game has elevated. I’ll definitely be back for a one-on-one.
Safe, clean and fun environment to train. C-Bass is experienced, knowledgable and helpful. Sessions are both challenging and developmental, customized to focus on specific skills and techniques.
