Originally I came to yoga to heal myself of fibromyalgia and arthritis in my ankle. I was full of anxiety and stress. While Yoga was part of my path to healing, I feel I have evolved the practice to an even more holistic and sustainable way that meets the needs of modern life

For private lessons, we start off with a 30 minute consult for setting goals and reasonable expectations. From there I design a program that will work with you and your lifestyle.

I’ve worked with all kinds of students from people with broken backs, replaced hips, young athletes weekend warriors, and everything in between.

Alignment is everything. Do you want to hire a teacher who knows not just physical alignment but spiritual alignment as well. We recently held an event at the studio called the soul healing experience. It was a wonderful event. People came and were able to be themselves and to share and be in community.
