I love to make a difference in someone's life in a positive way. Yoga is a gift and I want to spread the love and light to everyone I meet.
I love anatomy and the unique qualities that each individual has. The specific yoga practice for alignment and self care will certainly bring ease of mind and comfort in the body.
I took a Teacher training @ Liberation yoga and it changed my life for the better.
Yoga meditation and therapeutics are an extra tool I use to better the practice for my clients and to heal and create joy!
