Experienced tutor in Life coaching in Liverpool, Freddy offers private lessons tailored to your needs.

I love the results! I've been taking my measurements and I'm shrinking around my waist and hips. My weight has been going lower as well. Plus, I love that Freddy makes sure that all of the exercises are challenging but also doable at the same time.

Freddy is also very flexible with training days and times, so I can always get in the right number of weekly sessions, even when I have to travel.

Freddy trained my daughter during the COVID lockdown last year. She not only had a blast but grew in strength, flexibility and cardio fitness. Freddy has an impressive knowledge of body mechanics. He honed in on my daughter's physical strengths and weaknesses, designing workouts specifically tailored to her fitness goals, which meant lots of functional movement exercises that enhanced her body awareness and strength for gymnastics. In addition, Freddy emailed a new workout every day before the session. Although it's been many months, she continues to use these workouts on her own.
I knew Freddy from my old gym and watched him skillfully train people of all fitness levels, from hard core workout enthusiasts to those dealing with physical injuries and limitations.
Freddy is a great personal trainer, but more importantly, he is a wonderful human being- his compassion, enthusiasm, and patience shines through in every session.

Freddy Araque is one of the most dedicated, inspirational and knowledgeable people I have ever met. His calm demeanor is always there even when his client, me, is stressed and worried about getting it right!
He is patient, supportive and simply the best!
