About Kristin

I hold several zoom classes throughout the week and have room to include other classes for groups of 2 or more.

Since the pandemic this has been an intrigual way of not only connecting with others myself, but others to connect as well. I have yogis from Hawaii to Florida that join me weekly for a gentle yet challenging yoga session.

Yoga has been a saving grace in my life in so many ways. I started practicing over 10 years ago, fell in love and became a 200 hour instructor. But that's not enough for me so I added anoth 350 hours to my education. Becasue I want to be the best teacher I can be for my students.

About the lesson

We begin with a quick phone conversation to ask each other a few questions. I may ask questions about your goals and what kind of class you are looking for. Also what props you may already have available.

From new Yogis to advanced

communicate and ask questions

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
what are my biggest fears about yoga (if you are new)

Do I need modifcations? (I automaticly give them if they are available for each pose - but in more advanced classes teachers usually don't)

What is the theme of your class today? This could be a emotionally triggering subject for you, Nidra and Yin can go deep into the psyche so don't be afraid to be honest with me about your thoughts or even a theme you would like to have in your class
