About Jim
I train people HOW to think, not what to think. So you can dynamically apply yourself to any given scenario, working with the best tool possible. Your mind!
Being a business owner with 50+ employees and Commander of a multi agency aviation task force, has brought me humbling experiences that bore success and wisdom. My greatest takeaway from it all has been the ability to build great men. I have helped develope strong individuals that became leaders who built their teams woven with durable fiber.
My focus is service industry with acute givings in construction and trades. I have moved company's sales from last to first position in direct sales of various goods from farm equipment to construction services.
A leader is a holistic being, and he must be strong and balanced in all aspects. Let's talk about building you up for that mission in life and fulfill your meaning and purpose.

You will send me a brief outline of what you do, what you want to do, your strengths, weaknesses and natural gifts. If I want to work with you, I give a free consultation over coffee (preferably in person, could be Zoom).
There is no contract. You decide when you are done. We meet 1 to 2 times weekly for coaching or mentoring. I suggest in the early morning (best) or evenings to the prevent distractions of your daily responsibilities. Depending on how many areas you want to grow as an individual, or the size of your business, my clients range from 2 sessions to 2 months initially and periodic follow ups as they feel the need.
