Jon is an excellent teacher, very patient and breaks things down great. I like that he also figured out your learning speed to make sure he does not give you to much or to little exercises.

Jon is teaching my 8 year old son, who has never played an instrument before. He has extensive musical knowledge and is very patient and accomodating. My son loves his lessons and looks forward to them every week. He doesnt just teach my son a song or chord, he incoporates music knowledge and theory in every lesson and talyors it to his student's level. My son comes home excited to show me everything he has learned each lesson.

He is very thorough and takes his time to explain the lesson. He uses visual aids that the student can keep.
