About Brandon
I am a professional songwriter and touring performer. I've shared the stage with Sturgill Simpson, Dwight Yoakam, Lady Antebellum, and many others. I've written with acclaimed hit-songwriters including, "Blue Ain't Your Color," award-winning songwriter Clint Lagerberg. I have been teaching many years. Unlike many teachers, I cater to each student's individual goals and needs.
I studied music in English at the Indiana University, which is renowned for music education. IU was one of the first universities to employ a Jazz curriculum under the guidance of David Baker. Also, I studied guitar at Berklee College of Music. Beyond my education, I have spent years performing across America and abroad.

The first lesson is always free. The first lesson is to gauge a student's aptitude and goals. I, also, wish each prospective student to be instilled with confidence and feel welcomed and comfortable. From thereon we would meet once a week working toward goals laid out in our initial meeting. A student wishing to further their studies in a university will need a much different lesson plan than one desiring to just learn popular tunes.
