About Elle

Born and raised in Austria, I am Associate Professor of German at Wright State University, Ohio, who has taught German language, literature, culture, and business courses at three Ohio universities for the last 20 years. I hold an M.A. in Germanic Studies from the Ohio State University and a Ph.D. from the University of Cincinnati, Ohio. My special interests include language pedagogy, international business, music, German-American cultural studies, genealogical history, and integration of instructional technology. I also created teaching materials and taught a course “German for Music Students” at the College Conservatory of Music at the University of Cincinnati, Ohio.

I also have a Master’s Degree in Educational Technology and well-acquainted with computer technology. I am a native speaker.
