About Amna
I am Amna Khalid, a PhD candidate at Universiti Utara Malaysia. Previously I was working as a lecturer at a reputable university in Pakistan. Throughout my career, I have been known as a motivator and to induce instructional conversations, technology-enriched lessons and cooperative learning strategies. Teaching is not a job but a passion for me because I believe nurturing children’s brains is the best service when one can provide to the world. Here I am, not to teach you only but to help you grow and glow!

My teaching methodology is student centric and my lesson plans are always and my technique is to use rules, procedures, and routines to ensure that students are actively involved in learning. I ensure to help my students set achievable goals and encourage them to focus on long-term improvement, not just grades on current assignments. I mainly focus to integrate three learning areas that are cognitive, affective and social factors.
