About Sofia
What are your fitness goals? Want to do a fitness show / bodybuilding /physique or bikini class? Want to do a beauty pageant? Or are you getting ready to go on a vacation and want to look good in a swimsuit?
I can help you with diet, posing, training tips/techniques/form, or anything fitness related. Need someone to help keep you motivated? Need a coach?
As a personal trainer for over 8 years, I have trained many clients with many different needs, age ranges, and physical limitations. My specialty is show prep training, posing and diet needs for upcoming shows or beauty pageants.
I have trained former beauty pageant contestants who went as far as the USA level. Figure, fitness, physique, and multiple bodybuilding show winners.
My resume speaks for itself: I don't just talk the talk, I lead by example!
I will come to you and train you in your home, if that's what you'd prefer.
