About Meleah

MAKEUP

I have been a professional make-up artist and instructor for over 20 years. I work on location doing make up for photo shoots, weddings, and post surgery clients. I have a knack for bringing out your best features and creating the best version of you! I have my own line of high quality cosmetics and I also incorporate yours for a look you can achieve yourself.

DANCE

I have also been performing and teaching the beautiful art of Middle Eastern bellydance for over 20 years. I hold weekly classes and perform for cultural festivals, workshops, restaurants, and special events. I enjoy doing both group bellydance lessons as well as one-on-one sessions for those who need additional help or want to have a more personalized approach. I also offer First Dance lessons for wedding couples who want to feel more comfortable and prepared. All levels are welcome. Classes are private, low key, and based on each couple's level of expertise.

FITNESS

I've always loved fitness, so as an instructor, I enjoy sharing my passion with others. In my classes, firm, tone, and build endurance. I often combine low impact aerobics, yoga, weights, and Pilates for a well rounded workout. My classes are always fun and invigorating! When weather permits, we go outside with Boot Camp drills and interval training. These classes are perfect for cross training or getting back into shape.

I truly love watching someone's face light up when they look in the mirror and feel a new sense of confidence after I have worked my magic. I also love to see how my clients improve over time both physically and mentally-I get to see how they push themselves to do what they didn't think was possible before, which is very fulfilling.

About the lesson

Fitness lessons offered by Meleah are tailored to each student's needs and level. Lessons can also be held online. Lessons are also available in San Diego. The first lesson is free to define learning goals and methodology.
