About Kurt
Welcome to my online tutoring service, where I specialize in teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) and Spanish. With seven years of teaching experience and a background in both language instruction and cultural immersion, I am dedicated to helping students of all levels achieve fluency and confidence in their target language.
I am currently a High School Spanish Teacher and hold a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Education and TESOL from Brigham Young University-Idaho. My passion for language learning was further shaped by my two years living in Mexico (2009-2011), where I gained firsthand cultural and linguistic experience.
My tutoring sessions are personalized to meet the unique needs of each student, focusing on practical communication skills, grammar, pronunciation, and cultural insights.
