About Emily

I am currently a sophomore in college, and wish to become a writer because of my love for it and the fact that I excel in English and Writing.

I worked at a daycare then preschool later one which showed me how much I like to interact and teach other people.

I have my high school diploma, and one year of college so far. I am going for a bachelors degree in Writing/Creative Writing

About the lesson

I will get to know what the students strengths and weaknesses are in school and life. I will try to see which learning methods they understand to try to get them to learn and keep the information I will be helping them with.

Mostly toddler to pre K. But I have also helped in some of my college English classes with simple work assignments as far as helping them edit and discuss paper ideas to help them. I will not do the work for the student but I will help them in the right direction and explain anything they need as many times as they need it.

Make sure your teacher is patient and kind. I’ve been through rough teachers begging for help before. I understand that some people are in it for just the money, but I am here because I want to better my own education by helping others. Plus, helping other people learn and getting involved is a great thing to know you did as the former student pursues their dreams one day.

The most recent event I have taken interest in is the changing weather Omer the 2019 summer. My original major was meteorology so I’ve always had an interest in weather, but witnessing the ever changing weather we have been having is sparking my interest in climate change and what we can do to help.

It will depend on the exact subject the student needs help in, and what the type of work is that they need help with. I personally don’t think it would be fair to charge each student with the same rate because everyone learns differently at a different pace, and hats ok 😊
