About Korie
Hello!
Korie here. I’m a former Special Education teacher with a knack for organization and time management. The beauty of being a Special Education teacher is that you learn how to serve a diverse set of learners. I’ve learned so much from the needs of my students and am confident in my ability to cater my skills to the personal needs of anyone I work with. While I specialized in reading intervention, I also spent much time helping students develop executive functioning skills (organization, time management, self-regulation, etc.). I love routines and helping kids stick to them.
There's nothing quite like meeting the need of a client. I love helping students gain independence and confidence by meeting their goals.
