About Hajnalka
Hi, I am Dawn. I have a Master's Degree in English Literature and Linguistics. I absolutley love and adore the English language and am a fun and straightforward tutor. I have extensive life experience through travelling and living in different countries. I am strict but have a great ability to challenge you in an inspiring way! And I LOVE to laugh. Learnign should always be fun!
I love to gently challenge people and bring out the best in them. I am attentive, open-minded, patient and have a great sense of humour.
For a while I ran my own company as a teacher and visited businesses and companies to teach English as a second language.

You reach out. We meet. We clarify what you need exactly and if I am andeed the right person for you. If we both feel it's a good fit we create a plan for you and voila! you are learning!
Mostly adults
Pick your 3 favourites and talk to them. Ask clear, good questions about their experience and tell them as much as you can, in great detail, about what you exactly need.
Choose the one that feels easy to talk to but also challenges you a bit!
And remember you are always welcome to chnage your mind :)
I just held a large online event for women! I know strictly speaking it was not connected to English studies (though it was in English of course) but we were about 60 women from all over the world and this was a great teaching experience for me.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
- Where am I now?
- Where do I want to be?
- How long do I have to get there?
- How have I messed up before?
- What do I love about my subject?
- What do I find difficult about it?
- What inspires me to learn?
