I typically assess the students needs, ask relevant questions to define what their current needs are, what areas they would like to strengthen and determine their English proficiency levels. I provide one to one conversational English through Zoom classes 2-3 x's/wk. or M-F one hour sessions; I utilize a dry erase board to allow students to see the words we discuss and give homework assignments either through US Postal services, or direct email attachments (.pdf, .doc, etc.).
