About the lesson

For each ESL and Reiki session, we begin our journey with an open conversation and for Reiki, set our intentions. My goal is to make each moment with you personalized, healing, and a foundation for growth.

I've worked with ESL students, AP level high school students and all grades from PreK to high school. Additionally, I have worked with business professionals to improve their fluency and written communication. For Reiki, I have worked with adults virtually with a combined timeframe of over 500 hours.

Always meet first to make certain you like the teacher and feel comfortable with the teaching style. You should be able to discuss your goals and needs openly and the teacher should listen first.

One of my students recently reached out to thank me and give me an update on her success due to our tutoring sessions. She was failing her classes and in danger of being held back. She graduated top of her class. It was a very special and treasured moment for me.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
The student should identify their strengths and weaknesses and think about what frustrates or challenges them the most when it comes to reading and writing.

Heather was my first intro to reiki and I can definitely admit I wasn't sure what to expect. I've had tremendous healing and stress relief after working with her. I highly recommend her as a reiki guide and will continue working with her on my growth.

Ms. McCue was my daughter's favorite teacher and helped her for many years to excel in her language skills. She helped my daughter get accepted into a leadership role at her college. She provides feedback In a way that doesn't feel abrasive and is very helpful.
