I started working with toddlers at a pre-school and my passion for teaching grew from there into middle school and one day aspiring to go bigger.

About the lesson

My typical process is first getting to know the student and asking them different questions to get a feel for their understanding of the material. Also, depending on age- speaking with a parent about the needs of the student is really important as well because it helps me better prepare.

Grades 6-12

Look for someone you can feel comfortable with, someone that is empathetic, easy to talk to, and someone that is knowledgeable about the subject that they are tutoring. Someone that is able to be flexible and adaptable to all students needs and knows how to modify and differentiate lessons tailored to each individual person.

Being back in an actual classroom and being able to teach in-person instead of virtually!
