About Channy

Getting to see how much the student improve and motivate themselves! In a lot of scenarios, some of them even have a change of mind on how much they love the subject they used to have a struggle with!

I am a recent University of California at Riverside (Class of 2020) postgraduate and in pursuit of entering law school to obtain a Juris Doctor degree here in Houston, Texas. After dedicating my BA studies on liberal studies/elementary education and holding two leadership positions as the University of California Students Association's (UCSA) International Student Affairs Officer and the Chair Director of Associated Students of University of California, Riverside (ASUCR)'s International Student Committee, I believe that any opportunity within many companies and industries are another list of achievements added onto one’s future career. In short, one can earn new skills, effort from any experience to pave one’s career, education, learning and the world's future altogether.

About the lesson

Formerly, I was the Chair Director of ASUCR International Student Committee. ASUCR, otherwise known as the Associated Students of UCR, is UCR’s official student government slash campus organization. Amongst the leaders, I held the office position of being the chairwoman on helping and improving international students’ basic needs and campus affairs. I also held position as the International Student Affairs Officer of UCSA, which is the University of California Students’ Association, an even bigger student government where positions are held by UC students from various UC campuses. I focus on great work ethics and the motivation to help a student out, because my goal is for my students to end the day with a proud achievement that they can use for the future and so forth.
