About Brian

Hey!! My name is Brian Duke, I'm a professional drummer who has spent years playing on stages and in studios all around the world. I love bringing people together through music and I love sharing the gift of music with my students.

Let's have a conversation about what your goals are and put together a teaching plan that's right for you!

I've always been a teacher! I had my first job teaching Origami when I was in the 5th grade. In high school I began teaching drums to some of the other kids in my neighborhood. Though college I taught on the side and worked as a TA in a number of classes.

I've been teaching drums privately for over 7 years. I've been a professional drummer for the past 4 years, during which time I have also taught extensively at various School of Rock locations.

About the lesson

We sit down and talk about their goals, figure out what level they are currently at, how much time they have to practice and then we create a plan for success!

I've worked with students 5 years old to students in their 60s!
