About Kay
We create a unique, fun, hands-on learning experience for adults. Be prepared to get messy - with chocolate! You'll learn about where/how chocolate is grown and get to taste a variety of chocolates. You'll gather with friends (old & new) to roll, dip & decorate a dozen handcrafted truffles to take home.
I love sharing my love of chocolate, and helping others undertand why quality chocolate is not inexpensive.
As a graduate of Ecole Chocolat, and a member of the Fine Chocolate Industry Association, I take my profession seriously.
