About Hannah

I specialize in working with people at the very beginning of their dance journey. Absolutely no experience or "natural ability" is required - dance is for everyone!

I love seeing people gain confidence and shed their insecurities as they learn to dance.

I have been teaching salsa & bachata at studios and clubs in the LA area for eight years. I have also studied ballet throughout my life, and still take both ballet and Latin dance classes for my own continued development.

About the lesson

We will begin by learning the basics of salsa & bachata rhythm, footwork and body movement, then move on to the elements of styling and musicality and learning how to incorporate your own personal style into your dancing.

My primary focus has been working with new dancers. It brings me so much joy to watch people fall in love with Latin dance and to be part of their journey!

Perfect! I was nervous and intimidated about learning Salsa because I am a beginner. But Hannah made it very comfortable for me to learn starting right where I was at. She is a great teacher and very qualified! I can't wait for our next lesson my time with her is giving me the confidence I need for when I go out social dancing!
