About Cinderella

About Me

Originally from the Netherlands, I am a trilingual instructor and facilitator fluent in Dutch, English, and Spanish. My background spans over 20 years of experience in dance, movement, holistic wellness, and personal development.

My journey began in performing arts, dance, and fitness instruction and gradually expanded into yoga-inspired movement, breathwork, meditation, energy healing, and somatic practices. Having lived and worked internationally, I've had the opportunity to explore different cultures, movement traditions, and approaches to well-being.

Today, I bring these experiences together to offer personalized sessions that help people move more freely, release tension, build confidence, reconnect with their bodies, and experience greater balance in everyday life.

Dance & Movement

Dance has been a lifelong passion. I have trained in classical ballet, jazz, modern dance, show dance, African dance, aerobics, and Latin dance.

Through years of traveling and living internationally, I've explored Salsa and Bachata in different cultural settings and developed a particular love for Afro-Latin rhythms and expressive movement.

I am also the founder of **FEMME FLOW**, a feminine embodiment and somatic dance practice that combines expressive movement, music, body awareness, and guided exploration.

My teaching approach is welcoming, playful, and adaptable to different experience levels.

Breathwork, Meditation & Relaxation

I offer guided practices that combine conscious breathing, gentle movement, stretching, meditation, and relaxation techniques.

I am also the creator of **Relaxercise**, a practice inspired by yoga, breathing exercises, and guided relaxation. Sessions are designed to help participants slow down, release physical tension, and reconnect with themselves.

Whether you're looking to reduce everyday stress, improve body awareness, or develop a regular relaxation practice, sessions can be tailored to your individual needs.

Holistic Wellness & Energy Healing

My background includes training in Pranic Healing, Reiki, holistic health coaching, and wellness education.

I incorporate elements of mindfulness, grounding, relaxation, and energy-based practices where appropriate, always respecting each person's comfort level and preferences.

My approach focuses on supporting well-being, relaxation, and personal awareness rather than diagnosing or treating medical conditions.

My Teaching Philosophy

I believe movement and self-care should feel accessible, enjoyable, and empowering.

Some people come to learn a new dance, others to feel more comfortable in their bodies, manage stress, or simply create space for themselves.

What I enjoy most is helping people discover what works for them through movement, curiosity, connection, and a little playfulness.
