About Chelsea

Im a perfectionist with a heart of gold . 11 years industry experience . 7 years fine dining

I am so passionate about what I do because I am fueled by the energy from my clients . I love seeing people relaxed because they know that moment is for them , and they don't have to worry about cleaning or planning .

I was very fortunate to have the mentors that I had through my career . From modern California cuisine with a michillin star chef to a master French Chef in classic cuisine .

my resume is outstanding and simply because I love to learn, and I love to cook .

To me Food is nurturing in so many ways and I live to share those experiences .

With my classes , I can offer the exceptional tips and tricks from behind the most prestigious resorts in Southern California and from some of the brightest minds .

I also love traveling for work and having new adventures with these opportunities. I always push myself to a maximum effort and it feels very rewarding when everyone leaves happy.

My training is unique because of my roots (Mexican and a little French ) I was raised with so much respect for food and where our ingredients come from and how they come to the table .
May an early age I started training on our family's taco truck and graduated from culinary school at the age of 19 .
from there I worked my way through high profile resorts such as studio restaurant at montage resort , Ritz Carlton in Dana point, Pelican hill resort in Newport Beach ,Ranch Valencia in San Diego .

and most notably I was trained personally by a well known Master chef Pascal Olhats .

To me every day is a blessing , I love what I do and I live to serve .

About the lesson

When starting a course with me I can offer various options that can accommodate to your situation and budget .
Online or In person packages are available.
ranging from live video feed . Ingridiant drop offs . And consultations .

I also offer private classes and large group classes at your leisure . And Can connect you to larger venues for larger events .

I don't have a base price because every situation is different .
some factors include distance and the cost of food .
additionally I would also have to know the number of students at a showing .
but I am sure that I Can accommodate to any budget within reason . 🙏
