About MLisa

I started teaching high school students and fell in love with sharing and seeing them developing real world job skills and the ability to care for themselves.

I have a CTE Teaching credential

I have a degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson and Wales University and 10 years teaching experience with RAVE reviews!

About the lesson

I interview the prospective client and find out the specifics of what they're looking for and their timeline. We will discuss schedule, ingredients, classes and number of students, work space and equipment before booking anything. Also allergies- Im allergic to cats and shellfish.

Im open to all students - I have experience working with folks with special needs, allergies and dietary preferences.

Have an in depth chat first. Also check credentials and look at social media.

I love seeing my student take their basic skills and use them creatively. During the Halloween season, my high school students were instructed to make something completely edible inspired by their fav scary story. SOOOOOOO fun!
