About Patti

I owned my own healthy scratch kitchen cafe for ten years and developed a healthy product line for market as well. I have completed 2 certificate courses in Nutrition, 1 from Cornell and 1 from The Institute for Integrative Nutrition. If you are wanting to prepare more meals at home to enhance your overall health, I can help you create simple, delicious meals. I also am passionate about inspiring people to live healthy, happy and authentic lives, so the conversation during your lesson will be lively !
